As well in 2006 and 2007 ComAp is successful in the prestigious study Best Employer of the Czech Republic. While ComAp ranked third in mentioned years, for 2009 is the Best Employer of the Czech Republic in a small and medium scale company category. This surprising result of the annual prestigious study was announced by the Czech office of Hewitt Associates, the largest global HR consulting and outsourcing firm

According to Hewitt Associtates the Best companies show very high engagement and satisfaction with their employment and demonstrate a very high effectiveness of their HR policies, which are aligned with the business goals of the company and are well accpeted by the employees.

Employers were analyzed based on three aspect, feedback from their employees, company HR policies and view of the top management.

Libor Mertl, ComAp managing director, commented on the success: "We focus on key employees and systematically search for and reward the best ones. An employee motivation is the key for company success. You can´t have motivated employees in an unsuccessful company as well as it is not possible to have a success without motivated people."
