Results announcement of the eight year of the Best Employers study took place in Prague on 19th April 2011. Study is organized by the Czech office of Aon Hewitt, the world largest HR consulting and outsourcing company. ComAp received excellent fifth place in the category of Small and Medium Scale Company

.71 companies applied for participation in the study and 62 of them fulfilled all criteria for being included into the final ranking. Altogether, 11 274 employees and 209 top managers took part in the employee engagement survey, which represents a total population of more than 19 000 employees. Employers are analyzed based on three aspects – feedback from their employees, company HR policies and view of the top management.
 

Employees of the TOP13 companies show very high engagement and satisfaction with their employment. “We highly appreciate the fact that with every our participation in the study we reached the top rankings. It is a signal that we are heading the right direction in employees’ motivation,” commented Martina Hrodkova, HR manager of ComAp.
